Summary - Recommended
While it does not have as many features as other programs, such as FastStone Capture ($19.95), it does work well and of course it does a much better job than the old print-screen then edit in Notepad routine.
Printing from the Snipping Tool is not supported, so you must save your snip and open with another program to print.

This snipping tools are really helpful, glad I have stumbled on your blog and learned more about it here.
